teen needing helpp

Okay so I'm me and my boyfriend both recently had sex two weeks tm, a week later I started feeling sick. I was nauseous and my head hurt so did my back and my boobs have been so soreee I also haven't got my period yet and it's late. I took a pregnancy test Saturday morning and it said negative not sure if it was to early or what, me and my boyfriend aren't really sure what to think the condom ripped but he didn't bust we stopped when we found but we are still unsure, I was wanting to get on birth control but idk how I'd schedule an app either my parents and his are really religious and strict and I dint really have anyone to turn to about this stuff so if anyone has any input it's appreciated
