college kids ?

Do you think it's right for college kids to come back to there jobs just for spring break and leave ? 
We're having this discussion and i personally can't answer!!! I just know that my schedule is all over the place because everyone is coming back just for a couple weeks, and some ppl who works full time like me are losing a lot of hours and not working ... (Wendy's )

No, I don't think that's right. That takes hours and wages away from permanent workers. I would be really annoyed if my hours got cut for someone to come back temporarily unless we were short staffed.

I know it sucks for you guys, but they probably need the money, and at least they aren't off partying. My husband works every single break from school and even some weekends too, and he takes some hours from more regular workers but we need the money. The regular workers make plenty (it's a coal mine) so they're not hurting. 
Your employer wouldn't let them come back if they were already over staffed and didn't want them there. I've worked in fast food before, they'd happily hire more workers than needed so nobody gets over 30 hours, so they don't have to provide insurance.

Everyone deserves the chance to work. If their employers are willing to hire them, then that's that. College kids need money too, often quite desperately in fact.

When I was in college, I would come back to work most weekends & during spring break, Christmas break, and summer break. I needed the money bad, & so do most other college kids so yes I think they should be able to.

If they are still employed then yes. Many college students pay for their college. They need to make money somehow. I know many people who just work weekends and breaks while in school.

Not for one week they shouldn't,  maybe for a summer job. But they should just pick up shifts  not have alot of hours
