being a mum and working!

I'm curious, so if people could share with me how they do this that would be great!! After maternity leave how do you juggle having a child and working? Do you work part time? Child care? Work from home? I've considered child care but it's so expensive and I want to spend time with my child as much as possible! I'm really stressing on what to do because I wanna have my part in paying the bills/mortgage!
