Horrible relationships

I just made 22 March 6th. I know I'm young but I've had done bad experiences with guys. Most recently I thought I'd met the guy of my dreams but then life changed for him and now he plans on moving away. He either wants me to come with him or we have to break up... This is hard because I've been hurt so many times before and he was a good guy but if he leaves then I'll lose him. Idk what to do.
