pain in vagina ?

I'm currently 6 months pregnant and I have a very bad pain in my vagina... I was walking at work and it was just a pain that made me kinda stop and bend over.. it was so bad I couldn't walk at work .... I had to stay in one spot for awhile... and now when I walk its just a lot of weird feeling in my vagina like pressure or something I can't explain but it's not a pleasant feeling ... I googled and it said cervix dialation and idk about that ... can anyone give me any ideas about this before I call my doctor tomorrow?
