Itchy and annoyed

It seems that my breast especially my nipples are so itchy and it's so irritating more so at night. I cannot sleep! I've been using, Bio oil which I purchased from Costco. So far the itchiness has calm down a tad bit but not for long! I've limited to washing my body twice a day to every second day to see a change... still annoyed with the itching. Could you ladies please recommend a "wonder" cream/ ointment. That would be such appreciated. I've tried a couple other products and it's seems to be no joy to my breast.
