relationship advice?

Me and my boyfriend have been dating for a year, but we're only 14. Anyways I was FaceTimeing him and I mentioned how I was going to Chicago with my grama, and the nice part. He said no I'm not and when I questioned it he went on and on about how I'm a hypocrite and stuff, but we weren't even talking about anything I could be a hypocrite about. So after arguing for a little bit he said he felt like I didn't care about him. He's the rich one so it's easy for him to buy me stuff, but when I do get money I spend it on him, I let him sleep over, I give him back massages and other stuff even if I don't want to, we walk to classes together even if we don't have them together, I give him a kiss and tell him I love him all the time. What am I doing wrong?

The most probable thing is that you're not doing anything wrong at all. It's most likely not you. 
You're still young, and you're going to learn that there are guys out there who get comfortable in a relationship and think that they can start treating you however they like. 
It really sounds like he's got some sort of insecurity issue going on. 
You can try to talk to him about it and find a happy medium, or if these things continue to come up you can decide that enough is enough. I personally would try talking to him. Don't mince words, you need to tell him that you don't understand why he is feeling the way he is about these things. 
But please don't let this go on. If he has these insecurities and is (what sounds to me from your description) talking to you in a way that is not respectful to you, it's going to keep happening. 
He won't be the last guy to come along, so don't be afraid to do what's best for you, whatever that may be. But communication is a huge aspect in a relationship and you two need to establish that now. 
I'm not telling you to break up with him, I'm saying I think you need to try to talk to him and come to an understanding that you don't understand what is going on with him and that you need to be able to discuss these things without it turning into a big argument.
