How do you see the world ending? Or at least, how do you see the human race ceasing to exist? Do you think that the end of the human race will correlate with the end of the world (meaning do you think that us dying and the world ending will be one in the same)?

My views are more science based as my religion doesn't talk about the end of the human race or the world. I think that we, as the homo genus (the line we come from and continue to grow such as the neanderthals, Lucy, homo erectus, etc) will continue to evolve for however long. I think that at some point the homo genus will be eradicated from the earth either by fire or ice (since that's been the pattern since the beginning of time) and the world will be reborn to start over again. Some may survive and evolve further, but I don't really know. Life has a way of prevailing. I don't think the end of the homo genus and the end of the world will be one in the same. I think that the sun will explode long after we're gone and that'll be the end of the world. I'm sorry if that was confusing. I don't know how to phrase these things without using scientific terms. I'll try to clarify further if anyone has questions.

I know not everyone believes in evolution so I'm curious as to what other people believe. My beliefs were formed through taking classes on planets and space and also my biology class. I think the end is a fun topic and I've thought "The End" through very thoroughly since my sophomore year in high school. I don't know if anyone else has thought about it so deeply so I may be the weird one. 😂
