anyone know what this is?
I've been feeling really unwell with cramps and extream nausea lastnight and when I woke up I found this on my palm, my wrist is a little bit achy but not like extreamly painful and I have suspected carpal tunnel syndrome in this wrist anyway. 
Does anyone know what this could be?
