What do u ladies think about having a T.V. In the nursery. I'm kind of torn if I should do it or not. I'm talking a 32 inch tv nothing that is really big. What do u think?

I haven't/wouldn't put one in my baby's nursery. A lot of research I read recommends really limiting/avoiding baby's TV time under the age of 2, even if it's just background noise, it can still affect them.

I don't think there is anything wrong with that. There are plenty of baby channels that play soothing music and other stuff, plus if you're sitting in there you could also have something to do.

I'll have a tv in the nursery for me, not the baby. Babies don't watch tv lol. Especially when I'll be spending a lot of time in the nursery.. I'd rather watch tv then have a phone in my hand.

I had one in my sons room because we spent a lot of time in there nursing and pumping and I got bored while he was sleeping. He didn't just sit in there and watch tv. He didn't even really care about the tv until he was closer to 2 anyways. Now that he is over 2 I just unplug it so he can't turn it on himself.

Personally none of my kids have a tv in their room. It leads to them staying up too late and watching too much tv. I know as a baby they don't know how to control the tv but once they are 2-3 years old they learn how to work everything. We have two tvs, one in our master bedroom and one in the living room and that's it. Most things say kids shouldn't even watch tv until they are over 2.
