morning workout
So I've been forcing myself to get up an hour before my usual alarm clock to go workout at the gym before I head to work now for the past few days. I plan to keep this going. And I honestly cannot wait to see results. Most of my workouts are 30/45 min long. Not much but better than no exercise . Also eating better now. I know this is unusual but I can not wait to lose weight from my vulva. Yeah I have a fat vulva and I have major camel toe issues whenever I wear jeans or pants. Anyways any tips or words of encouragement to help me stay healthy living would be lovely. Have a great weekend beauties!
