Bed rest contractions...bad for baby?
I have had a subchronic hémorrage (I think that's how it's said in English) since I was about 7 weeks pregnant (aka as a detachment).....I am now going on 29 weeks and have been on modified bed rest since. Very difficult to rest for that long...and I have always had contractions fairly often. Now when I get up to use the bathroom my stomach is so tight and if I go down the stairs to make food...contractions...tightness etc. It's really difficult and I wonder does that affect the baby? To often have this tightness in my stomach and contractions? I feel sad that it may be bothering him and I feel guilty for moving around and all...but it's just incredibly hard to stay calm all the time. (They can be made worse by a full bladder..stress...leaning forward....walking...moving too fast etc etc;((( ) Any advice for me on how to calm the contractions? And does it affect my baby?
