SCREAMING INTERNALLYYY

Okay so me and my boyfriend like 7-10 days before my period messed around without a condom - he didn't do anything like cum inside me or stay in long . But now I thought I got my period right? It's EXTREMELY light - (could be because I took cinnamon supplement & vitamin C to have my period quicker) but my period is usually EXTREMELY heavy EVERYTIME so I'm worried instead of it being a period it's implantation bleeding help me!!!!
