Butthole feeling RAW?!

My dad bought this rough tissue and after i told him i don't like the way it feels he bought some softer tissue but wants to get rid of the rough tissue first before we use the soft tissue. I don't wipe hard but this tissue is making my butt feel raw!!! It hurts so bad and is so sensitive, what can i do to help it heal?! Please help!!
