is a temp off 99.4 bad?

I'm 38 weeks pregnant and have a temp of 99.4. Is this high enough to let my doctor know or should I try to take some Tylenol, sleep and then call them if it still persists? I do feel sick (body aches and very flush/red cheeks).

99.4 is incredibly low. Barely a fever not even 1 point over average. 
You should not even need Tylenol unless it goes up to 101. Drink plenty of water and rest.

Just monitor, keep hydrated and rest. Medically that's not a fever or anything. 
You're best to not take anything since rising temperature is to kill off anything our body is trying to fight

Just watch it. And rest.  I'm 36 weeks, and have the flu. It's not fun. I've been to the hospital 3 times this week. And now I'm on bed rest!

I wouldn't do anything. 102 is the number to keep it under. Drink fluids, take vitamin c and d, and get some rest!
