help!!?

I'll be 34 weeks this Sunday and I've lost my mucus plug and had contractions on and off so dr gave me some steroid shots for babies just in case! This is my third pregnancy first with twins and baby A isn't head down (breech bum down)!! Anything I could try to coax baby A to turn head down? I haven't had a cesarean before and would like to try avoiding it bc I have no family to help through recovery!
