Exercise and fertility?

Does anyone have any idea how much exercise while TTC is too much? At what point would it cause you not to ovulate?

Pretty sure it would take a lot. Like Olympic athlete intense training. Check with your Dr if you are concerned though. xo

I'm pretty sure it's an insane amount of training.  Like professional level or high level of competition.  You can exercise and be in incredible shape and it actually helps fertility , it only harms it if you're like doing it insanely !
