Is this safe?

A family member wants to get this for me. I said I didn't like the wheels because of my dog. But I feel it doesn't look safe..it has too much fluff. Am I being ridiculous? Be honest. It's adorable.

As long as the fluff isn't on the inside.  I'd be worried about the solid sides and suffocating.

If your dog is likely to knock it over no it's not safe. I wouldn't risk it

What will your dog do? Push it roll it around or jump up and knock it over? If not for the dog i personally wouldnt worry
