complete previa success anyone?

I'm only 13.5weeks and had a little brown spotting for a day n a half..Dr sent me for an ultrasound and found complete placenta previa..😢 Baby is strong n healthy but mama is scared stiff...Dr put me on restriction and I'm following them to the letter!! Spotting has stopped..(it was literally just a couple times a day for a day n a half) but I'm just so worried about all the risks involved..im not scared of a c section just everything else!! Any positive stories is appreciated!!😊
