I think it was 6-8 weeks because I had stitches downstairs that had me sitting funky for weeks. And then I got pregnant again 3 months postpartum :) my little girls first birthday will be June 3rd and I will have my son the last week of june

Like 8 weeks, I tore pretty bad so I wasn't even thinking about sex for a while lol

Dr said 6 weeks, we tried at 8 weeks but it hurt, it was more like 12 weeks. You have to wait at least 6 weeks for your cervix to heal, that's why no tampons for pp bleeding.

6 weeks as recommended. It still hurt and start d my bleeding again. By 8 weeks all was good though. 
  I had a vaginal birth, no complications or stitches.

8 weeks, I had Mirena inserted at 6, and my doctor wanted a two week buffer.

It was 6 weeks exactly I think, with my first baby. Second baby, I ended up seeing my midwife for something 2 weeks post delivery and she said I was good to go to have sex and I told her to take it back! 😜 I wasn't ready, even though she said it was fine to. I think we waited another 2-3 weeks ?

Sex was awful after baby number 1, for the first few times -because I'd had an episiotomy and stitches. My next delivery I had no tearing and it wasn't bad at all.
