being the outsider

My parents were always strict and I only have had really one boyfriend. I am 18 and he stayed once and we had to share the couch with my bff. Awkward!!!! Anyway I, I am just confused I talk to all these guys and they are always saying, your so nice your pretty etc. but yet I'm the most single Pringle you have ever met. How do I handle this? Also really big crush on a stubborn army man at college. How do I deal with that?
