What prenatal vitimans are the best. We plan on starting to try in janauary and I'm going to come off my birth control on November so I wanted to know how long before trying were you taking them.

I took Target brand gummies before I conceived and until my confirmation appointment. Then I was prescribed Rulavite DHA which tastes like vanilla and I love!

Mine is prescribed by my doctor (and 100% covered by insurance). PNV Prenatal Plus. The only thing I don't like is that I have to take it on an empty stomach, which means if I forget to take it when I wake up I have to commit myself to not eating for 2 hours after dinner so I can take it before bed.

They are all made them same and have the correct amounts of the recommended victims some have DHA and some don't because the DHA isn't absolutely needed like the other vitamins in a prenatal
