Baby laying/pushing on a nerve in my back?

Omg it hurts to walk!!! It's only the left side of my lower back when I walk I get this sharp very very painful pains that make me stop and I make a noise in pain!!

What is this!? It just started this week do I menchion this to my ob or just deal with it?

Only 6 weeks to go... and I'm miserable!!!

My twins do that. They lay just right on the nerves in my back and it's the worse pain in the world. I get on my hands and knees and arch my back up and that always helps. It causes the babies to move forward so they get off my back.

I had this with my first pregnancy. My ob told me there was nothing I could do other than rub my belly and try to get baby to move to a different position
