what's your thoughts?

So on the 7th I got my first ever positive opk and I was in shock so I took like 6 more and they were also positive well the next day (3-8) I took one at like 10-11 am and it was positive and another at like 12-1pm and it was positive and then the tests I took around 3-4pm and 8-9pm were negative and the next day (3-9) all the tests were negative. What are the odds that I got pregnant if I had sex the day before my positive and the day of my positive? And when do you think I ovulated? I had a blood progesterone test done on Monday and the results were at a 0.4... please I need advice and answers and support I'm gonna drive myself nuts
