flu delayed period?

Can having the flu delay your period? My period  was jan 24-28 it hasn't came back since I've had unprotected sex I'm on cycle 46 but I had the flu on Feb 25-28 can that be the cause of my period getting delay or I might be pregnant. I havnt had any symptoms just lately light headache and Lowe back pain here and there very rarely.
