nursing suddenly painful after 10 months

My LO is 10 months old and we've been nursing somfortably almost the whole time. Suddenly it's quite painful. Latching hurts pretty bad. pumping hurts (a deep pain) for the first minute but is comfortable(ish) after that. And tmi but my nipples are so sensitive, anything touching them hurts. Any thoughts on what might have changed or what I can do about it?  Thanks in advance!
