Chlamydia

I've had an annual PAP every year for the last 7 years and it's always came back clean. I just had it done in November and it was all clear. I had my first appointment with my OB doctor at the end of February and they call me today and say I tested positive for chlamydia. I've researched and came across a lot of stories where pregnant women get false positives because of the tests they use for the panel for pregnant women. I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else?
