Talk to friends, family, therapist.. 911 or ER if you can't stop these thoughts. Hang in there. Hormones can be crazy, you're growing a human, your baby loves you and you are a momma. You can do this and will be a great Mom. ❤

Talk to ur obgyn. Depression during pregnancy is very common.  Also, u have a higher risk for ppd. Another thing u need to bring up to ur obgyn

Your life is so valuable, please don't harm yourself. Think of the beautiful life you're carrying that depends on you for everything. You're little babe loves you so much, I may not know you or your situation but please if there's anything I can do to help you I will. I lost a friend to suicide in 2014 and it tore me apart, please call the suicide prevention #, or go straight to the hospital closest to you.
