I feel horrible every day!!!!help meeeee

My symptoms finally kicked in I feel nauseous all day,every day. I feel like I'm dying an this is my 3rd child.My first I would throw up when something didn't smell good or after eating too much, my 2nd I would feel nauseous occasionally and this one I'm sick all day long barely eating thinking of food makes me gag lmao anyone going through this and know what can help me. I dont even know how far long I am. I had two periods January one from 1st to the 4th and the 2nd the 26th to 28th haven't even had a ultrasound yet 😑😣
