I'm 4 days late and have been getting dull aches in my lower abdomen I have multiple signs of "early pregnancy"  I have been getting these symptoms for over a week ?but it could still just be my period right ?

I'd take a test anyway to put your mind at ease. Because either way at least you will know for sure.

If you dont have your usual pms signs, but you have "early pregnancy" ones then I suggest taking a test. It is possible that you arent, yes :)
