period problem 😞

Ok so I am 4 days late but I am having major cramps but I'm not spotting or having any symptoms of being pregnant . I just want to know why my period is late 😞 I took antibiotics for something down there and I asked my doctor if that is what throws it off and she said no 😞💔 is there still a change of being pregnant ? I didn't wanna test yet cause it might be too early
