completely irregular and 11DPO

Hey!  So I usually have to take medicine to get my period. I am 11 DPO and have definitely had symptoms like sore and swollen breasts. They feel very heavy. Fatigue is another one. Also here is my bbt chart. When can I take a test?  Thoughts on my symptoms?  P.s. I never get sore or have any symptoms before AF because I don't get it in my own. Also took 50MG chlomid this month. Had sex the two days I had smiley faces on my opk tests.
