Shortness of breath already at 5w!! This pregnancy is already so different

I'm 18 weeks now and around 16 weeks I would get so out of breath it was ridiculous! I felt like I had just ran a marathon. I asked my doctor about it and she said that it was totally normal especially since I have asthma that it would only get worse as the baby gets bigger.

Yep! I had a few days of this very early on...apparently it could be due to your heart pumping more blood southward and ignoring the rest of you. 😬
