If any of you ladies know when the optimal time to get frisky is to avoid as much as possible to getting pregnant? Yes I'll always have the condom, the birth control, and the emergency contraption pill.. just still It's a good for a lady to know!

As for avoiding pregnancy, the best time to do it would probably be on or right after your period depending on when you ovulate. You can start taking ovulation tests every, or every other week and see if that helps you pinpoint your average cycle
