has anyone tried Diclegis for morning sickness?

I'm having some moderate to severe morning sickness and my doctor prescribed Diclegis which is pretty much Vit B6 and Unisom in one capsule. So nervous to take it. Didn't want to go down the prescription road but can't function at work what so ever and can't keep food down. Has anyone tried it? What was your experience like?

I took the diclegis for my bad morning sickness. I was able to actually function when I took it instead of being a sick zombie.it got me through the last five weeks of morning sickness and when I stopped feeling sick, I stopped taking it no problem. My morning sickness was bad though, I lost about ten pounds during my first trimester. The diclegis helped with the nausea.

I take it at night or else I'll fall asleep during the day. It helps, but doesn't do wonders for me; because, I also take Zofran during the day time (almost 21 weeks and still fighting morning sickness).

I just got some samples of this on Thursday ,( went in for first us and only could see yolk and gestational sac ,:/ having to go back in 11 days to hopefully see a fetus ) but I'd been having super bad nausea toward the mid afternoon evening time . Been taking 2 pills at night and I haven't gotten sick one time all day Friday or today !!

It's great, I take 2 pills at night, one morning, one mid-afternoon. If you do that regularly your body stops feeling drowsy. I also feel like the fact it's time release helps it work better than Unisom alone. Does take a few days to build up though. Good luck!

Yes!! It's a lifesaver! Started taking it at 8 weeks and am still taking it at 19 weeks.

I had cyclizine up to 3 times a day for mine. If I remember rightly it's a type of antihistamine that helps with nausea.
