Jealous Outsiders

So me and my man have been together almost a year and we have had some issues with outsiders being jealous. Mostly females but there are also some family members involved. We are happy with each other and we love each other. But other people are making it hard on us as a couple. We refuse to end our relationship to please other people but at the same time we are tired of all the negativity. What do we do?
