so confused 😐

My boobs been really swollen for the past two months now. When I first noticed them I thought I was pregnant I also missed my February period last month. I toke a pregnancy test and all came back negative. I did get my period for this month. My boobs hurt bad when my boyfriend suck on them too which never happened. Usually when I get my period my boobs don't hurt like this. I also just started cutting off on the soda. What is going on with my boobs
