Im trying to get pregnant.....

Hello I am 36 yrs old..... Having a very hard time trying to get pregnant.... Keep going to the doctors to find out I have polycystic ovarian disease.... Can that stop my chances..... Is there any hope for me????? I have been feeling real down about this..... Can sumone help????? Any kind of advice is greatly needed......
