When should cord fall off?

My baby is 9 days old and his cord is dangling off and im so afraid for it to fall off, is it too soon for it to fall off im not sure if i accidentally made it fall off while i was showering him or if its just gonna fall off anyways,  help please.

Dr told us 7-10 days. But my daughters was still in at her two week apt. And the dr said it was fine and would be off in a day or two. And the next morning it was off

LOs fell off at day 13, it happened when I took one of his onesies off I didn't even notice at first and then I picked him up and saw it. Just let it do its thing, if is dangling it'll probably fall any day now

7-10 days is normal. If it's just barley hanging on it will fall off anytime now. Don't pull it off no matter what you do!
