Any post-chemo natural conceptions??

I went through chemo about a year ago and my cancer is now in remission. I didn't have eggs extracted before chemo because I already felt terrible from surgery and radiation and didn't want to go through egg extraction too. I don't even know if I want kids, but... if there's 0% chance I could get pregnant naturally, I need to know so I can adjust my expectations for my life.

Currently 6 months pregnant and 3 years in remission from NH lymphoma. I had 6 rounds of RCHOP chemo and radiation. Got pregnant on our first month trying. 
I was actually in a study at UPenn during/after chemo to see how egg production was effected. It seems like the longer you wait to TTC after chemo (like 12-18 months) the better chance that your ovary function is back to normal.

I went through chemo as well and have been cancer free for a year☺️ my doctors are hopeful I will conceive naturally at some point and have perscribed me some supplements to aid in fertility. However, my fiancé and I do know that adoption is always an option for us!! I didn't get an egg extraction either😔

What kind of cancer? My friend battled and beat cervical cancer and naturally conceived later on. She now has an almost 4 year old.
