rude gyno...or being over sensitive ?

I went to a new gyno a few weeks ago. Never met her beforehand or anything. I switched because the lady I used to go to left the practice she was at and I didn't like the other doctors there as I felt they were rude and rushed things. Anyways, she was looking over my chart and said well you live a pretty active lifestyle maybe if you ate a little more fruits and vegetables you could lose some of that weight. I was appalled I know I'm a little heavy but I didn't think I was that bad. I'm 5'4 and 160. Am I being overly sensitive or was she flat out rude ?
