How to fight heartburn?

I'm 21 weeks 🤰 And heartburn start to bother me. I don't know how to relieve this feeling. Anyone has an advice for me? Please? Thank you 😊

Avoid acidic foods and coffee past noon. Don't eat anything heavy before bed also.. still with light snacks if you're hungry before bed.. apple/crackers/etc.

I was diagnosed with acid reflux disease when I got pregnant and only thing helped me is privolsec "idk if I spelled that right" but I take two pills a day and diet everyday stay away certain foods I've lost 30 pounds so far. Good luck hope you get some relief
