12 weeks baby sleeping less?

So for 2 weeks my son started sleeping 5-6 hours straight a night and since last week he's been getting up every 3 hours again . He will be 12 weeks this week . Anyone else experience this with their babies? Growth spurt maybe ?

We are also, but I feel we are dealing with a few things. Time change, growth spurt, and going through a leap. We are basically eating every hour right now. Oh and the nap that normally happens before bed, has now turned into bedtime 🙄 so here I am at our first wake up for the night, last night we were up every hour-- let's see what happens tonight. I pray we don't mess up again!!

Pretty cranky on Sunday/time change. Either cry if awake or 30 mins cat naps all day and I got tired so to breastfeed her in between and somehow she's eating too. Then Monday she slept ALL day literally. We will see about tomorrow...growth spurts hopefully.
