This is my second pregnancy in 4 months .. First one ended in chemical and this time I will be 6 weeks tomorrow. I had blood test done to show positive pregnancy last Monday and then went back for blood work on Wed and doctors called me Friday saying levels were good. Later on that Friday I had dark brown spotting and the spotting lasted the weekend and then last night I was having bad lower back pain and cramping and went to the bathroom and there was pinkish blood but only when I went pee and then I took Tylenol and the cramping finally went away. Woke up 5 hours later and went to the batbroom, nothing on my pad but passed a golf ball sized clot, could this be a miscarriage? It feels like when I had my chemical pregnancy but not as much bleeding.. I'm going to call my doctors when they open
