bbt first timer .. needs to clear confusion
Hi I am charting first time, trying to take bbt first thing in morning at approximately same time. This is my chart till today. I was happy seeing t dip and then increase in temp. But now this dip from today has confused me.. can anyone help.. thank youu🙏🏻🙏🏻
