9weeks 6 days and no symptoms

Anyone else not feel any symptoms? I've had food aversions and my breasts have been tender and swollen but besides that nothing. I'm not complaining, but I had a miscarriage 6 months ago and this is the farthest along I've been so symptoms would be reassuring. I am constantly wondering if something has happened. Last night my breasts stopped hurting and they're still like that today. We were able to see and hear the heartbeat at 8 weeks which was reassuring but I just don't feel pregnant. We go in for our 10 week scan tomorrow and I'm so nervous they're going to give me bad news.
