Nipple discharge

I've had nipple discharge for some time now. Sometimes it will stop and then it will come back. But right now its pretty frequent. I'll just be sitting on my couch and I'll feel my shirt and it will be wet from discharge. . It's a cloudy color. Clear/white and idk why they do it but I feel like I should be worried?
