Ok, so I'm 12 weeks along and the past 3 months anything healthy has made me nauseous...I've been eating really poorly, but only in small doses (trying to salvage my poor diet with small portions). How do I work healthy food back into my diet and actually be able to eat it? Meat has been almost impossible...I can have hamburger meat every once and a while and chicken rarely. Other than that I'm mostly craving dairy (a TON of milk) and carbs (mostly pasta). I'm trying to also drink as much water as I can as well as Gatorade. Please help! Has anyone been through this?
