Working out during first trimester

I was generally a very active person pre-pregnancy. I had a desk job as a writer but I did HIIT 5 times a week and yoga at least twice a week. I started working from home (yay!) and I got pregnant (double yay!!) but being a constant ball of anxiety makes me not to push my body too much by lifting weights or doing burpees.
Other than prenatal yoga and swimming, what do you do to work out?
