I'm 35 weeks pregnant and recently I noticed just tiny dots of blood on my bra and a little bit of dried blood is constantly in one of the little hole things on my nip. I didn't think much of it, but when my nipples get itchy I squeeze them a little to relieve it instead of scratching and every time blood comes out of the same pore. Is this okay or should I call my Dr tomorrow? My nipples aren't dry and Colostrum comes out of both of them as well which I know is normal. Thanks for your input!
